Point 1 describes the minimum requirements for a technical brake test as a basis for contractually agreed repairs to defective brakes on freight wagons for railway undertakings (RUs) that do not own or keep wagons.
Point 2 contains the minimum requirements for brake test equipment in order to be able to carry out "brake tests on freight wagons".
