Chapter 7 introduces the Rolling Stock Maintenance tools (organizational and technological).
Chapter 8 describes Cost evaluation methodology to enable comparison among the maintenance processes implemented by different companies and for different service applications, thus providing guidelines that may be used to improve rolling stock maintenance efficiency and cost savings.
