Benchmark of Asian public transport interchanges

The following recommendations are the part of a Research Interchange Benchmarking aimed at identifying and comparing different Key Performance Indicators and Terms of Reference that have been agreed on and which in?uence the perceived quality of the major public transport interchanges within an Asian context.The purpose of the Intelligent Interchange Toolbox research is to advise operators, government and Public Transport authorities, architects, real estate developers as well as policy makers on ways to improve and develop the stations when considering the role of the station as an interchange.
