Digitalisation, Data, Emerging Innovations, Miscellaneous - Energy Settlement - Traction Energy Settlement and Data Exchange
This IRS defines and specifies functions, roles and interchanges in traction energy settlement. The aim is that all involved companies can operate and inter-operate efficiently.
This IRS intends to cover the parts and details which are not covered by CENELEC standards and ERA TSIs while being compatible with these in the use of the terms, definitions, framework and technical solutions. It is intended to be consistent with Interoperability Directive (introducing the TSIs) and Railway Market Directive (introducing Network Statement).
It integrates in full or in part the following UIC leaflets:
930:2009 "Exchange of data for cross-border railway energy settlement"
It complements the following standards:
EN 50463:2017
